Print Design
Below are print projects I created while at Cedar Crest College.
I selected my favorite pieces to showcase. Programs I utilized to create the designs below include Adobe applications, such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom. Beyond Adobe, I can also easily produce items in Canva.

2025 CCC Day of Giving Postcard
After 2024, our Institutional Advancement Department transitioned into having our own Day of Giving in October 2025 to help separate ourselves from all other nonprofits and institutions that fundraise during GivingTuesday. We rebranded it as "GinkGO! All in for CCC: Cedar Crest's Day of Giving." I created our own logo using Illustrator. This is the postcard we sent out to our alumnae/i. It was created using Canva.

2024 GivingTuesday Postcard
For this postcard, I coordinated our own campus fall photoshoot for images to use throughout the GivingTuesday campaign. In Illustrator and Photoshop, I created my own ginkgo graphic and then placed student pictures from the photoshoot within them. The background image was taken outside of Blaney Hall with one of the students holding up a bright yellow ginkgo leaf. It was created using Canva.

2025 Fall Appeal Letter
At Cedar Crest's Institutional Advancement Department, we create a fall appeal design each year to fundraise for the Cedar Crest Fund, which supports the College's greatest areas of need. The sample below is the 2025 Fall Appeal Letter for the traditional undergraduate segment for alumnae/i who graduated with degrees in the sciences.

2026 Spring Appeal Letter
At Cedar Crest's Institutional Advancement Department, we create a spring appeal design every year to fundraise for the Cedar Crest Fund, which goes toward the College's greatest areas of need. The sample below is the 2026 Spring Appeal 2nd Ask Letter for the general alumnae/i segment.

2026 Reunion Appeal
Alongside our annual spring appeal letter, we send out additional segments specifically to the classes celebrating their Reunion anniversaries. The attached appeal letter is an example of what was sent to the 50th Reunion Class. There is no overlap between the spring and reunion appeal audience segments. The spring appeal goes out to non-Reunion anniversary classes.

Thanksgiving Candy Grams Letter
Before Thanksgiving, we send out candy gram letters to high-level donors from our College's President, and this is an example of the letter we mailed out in Fall 2025. As a token of stewardship, this letter thanks donors for their continued generosity and the results of their philanthropy.

2026 Casino Night Invitation
The Casino Night invitation has transformed over the past few years from a folded card to a postcard. Casino Night is one of our flagship stewardship events held throughout the year in October. It is held on Cedar Crest's campus and is complete with gaming tables and many exciting prizes. This postcard was sent out in late August to encourage early registrations.

2025 Holiday Card
Around the holidays, Cedar Crest's Advancement team sends out a holiday card. In previous years, it was traditionally a folded 7x5 card, but we transitioned over the past two years to a postcard instead, with and without our staff's signatures. I always aim to begin working on them in November, so we have time to hand-sign the ones without signatures in late November and early December and get them out before the holidays. This postcard is still sent within an envelope because one segment has BREs.

Crest Society Brochures
We send out a brochure every year to encourage high to medium-level donors to increase their donations and become members of the Crest Society to receive special benefits and invitations to stewardship events. There is also a second brochure for younger alumnae/i with lower giving levels to enter the Crest Society. These two brochures are segmented out and sent to Crest Society and non-Crest Society members to either become a member or renew their membership.

2026 Scholarship
Celebration Invitation
The Because of You: Crest Society & Scholarship Celebration Dinner is a stewardship event where we invite our highest-level donors belonging to the Crest Society to thank them for their generosity throughout the year. This invitation is sent out with a reply card, along with reply card and invitation envelopes.
